Chocolate chip cookies
Chocolate chip cookies is everyone's favorite snack! It's easy to make but some secrets are required to ensure its success. We reveal them to you in this recipe!

Ingredients
- 250 grams Flour T45
- 90 grams Brown Sugar
- 7 grams Vanilla Sugar
- 3 grams Salt
- 6 grams Baking Powder
- 100 grams Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 Egg Beaten
- 150 grams Butter Melted
- 1 tsp Honey
Instructions
- In your mixing bowl, add the flour, brown sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder and salt, and mix everything very well together
- Create a hole in the middle and pour in the beaten egg, followed by the melted butter and mix everything to start forming a cookie dough
- Pour in the chocolate chips and keep mixing to agglomerate everything together
- Take a piece of cookie dough and place it inside the ice cream spoon
- Remove the round shaped formed piece and gently flatten it between your hands
- Place it on a cooking sheet or baking silicon mat and repeat the process for the remaining cookie dough
- Preheat your oven at 220 degrees Celsius (428 degrees Fahrenheit) with convection on
- Place your pre-baked cookies in the middle of your oven for about 16 to 20 mins, depending on how soft or firm you prefer them to be
- Place the baked cookies on a cooling tray and enjoy once they have cooled down!
