Meat Sauce
This unconventional meat sauce, will keep your steaks juicy and rich in taste due to its mixture of very tasty ingredients. Sauces can be tricky to make, but with this recipe you’re guaranteed to get a great result!

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 Shallot Finely Sliced
- 250 grams Fresh Mushrooms Sliced
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 Meat Bouillon Cube
- 500 mL Water
- 1 tbsp Grape Juice
- 2 tsp Corn Starch
- 2 tsp Water At Room Temperature
Instructions
- First, in a pot on medium heat, add the butter and let it melt
- Second ,add the finely sliced shallot and the mushrooms and stir frequently until they melt
- Third, add the mustard and mix well
- Then, add the meat bouillon cube with its water and stir frequently until the cube melts
- Now, Pour the grape juice
- In a separate cup, add the corn starch and the 2 tsp of water and stir well until the starch is fully dissolved
- Now, add the dissolved starch to the pot and stir frequently until the sauce starts to thicken
- Once the sauce thicken, let it cook for about a couple of minutes once it starts forming small bubbles on the surface
- Finally, turn off the heat, your sauce is ready!

Our Cooking Hints:
- You can swap the grape juice with red wine
- You can either pour it on your meat or serve it aside if you prefer to dip and eat
