Apple Crumble
Apple crumble is the ideal dessert if you're in a rush and have some apples left overs. Along with cinnamon, sugar, butter and flour, the final product is guaranteed to become one of your favorites!
Equipment
- Pyrex plate
- Mixing Bowl
Ingredients
- 3 Apples Red or Golden
- 150 grams Flour T45
- 75 grams Butter
- 50 grams Sugar
- 1 ½ tbsp Cinnamon
- A handful Walnuts
Instructions
- Peel the apples and cut them into small parts
- You can place them right away in your Pyrex or boil them for 10 minutes for a munchier and softer final texture
- In your mixing bowl, add the flour, butter and sugar and combine everything with your hands until you obtain yellow crumbles
- Add cinnamon on the apples and mix well using a spoon
- Sprinkle walnuts cut in halves
- Cover everything with the crumbs and distribute them evenly all over your plate
- Preheat your oven at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit)
- Place in the oven for 35-40 minutes with convection on with your rack in the middle
- Get out of the oven and allow it to cool for 10 mins and enjoy!
