Apple crumble is the ideal dessert if you're in a rush and have some apples left overs. Along with cinnamon, sugar, butter and flour, the final product is guaranteed to become one of your favorites!

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Apples Red or Golden
  • 150 grams Flour T45
  • 75 grams Butter
  • 50 grams Sugar
  • 1 ½ tbsp Cinnamon
  • A handful Walnuts

Instructions
 

  • Peel the apples and cut them into small parts
  • You can place them right away in your Pyrex or boil them for 10 minutes for a munchier and softer final texture
  • In your mixing bowl, add the flour, butter and sugar and combine everything with your hands until you obtain yellow crumbles
  • Add cinnamon on the apples and mix well using a spoon
  • Sprinkle walnuts cut in halves
  • Cover everything with the crumbs and distribute them evenly all over your plate
  • Preheat your oven at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit)
  • Place in the oven for 35-40 minutes with convection on with your rack in the middle
  • Get out of the oven and allow it to cool for 10 mins and enjoy!
