Apple crumble is the ideal dessert if you're in a rush and have some apples left overs. Along with cinnamon, sugar, butter and flour, the final product is guaranteed to become one of your favorites!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Apples Red or Golden
  • 150 grams Flour T45
  • 75 grams Butter
  • 50 grams Sugar
  • 1 ½ tbsp Cinnamon
  • A handful Walnuts

Equipment

  • Pyrex plate
  • Mixing Bowl

Method
 

  1. Peel the apples and cut them into small parts
  2. You can place them right away in your Pyrex or boil them for 10 minutes for a munchier and softer final texture
  3. In your mixing bowl, add the flour, butter and sugar and combine everything with your hands until you obtain yellow crumbles
  4. Add cinnamon on the apples and mix well using a spoon
  5. Sprinkle walnuts cut in halves
  6. Cover everything with the crumbs and distribute them evenly all over your plate
  7. Preheat your oven at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit)
  8. Place in the oven for 35-40 minutes with convection on with your rack in the middle
  9. Get out of the oven and allow it to cool for 10 mins and enjoy!
