Ashta Pie
It's one of our specialty recipes, it's a special occasion dessert. This dessert is a fusion of oriental and occidental cuisine. Believe me once you try it, you'll simply fall in love with it!

Ingredients
- 1 Pie Crust (Click to check our recipe to make your own)
- 2 cups Milk powder
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cups Water
- 1 bag Mastic
- 1 tbsp Orange blossom water
- 1 tbsp Rose water
- 10 Strawberries
- 8 tsp Honey
- 4 tbsp Pistachio hashed
Instructions
- In a pot, add the milk powder, the flour and the crushed mastic then mix everything very well
- Add the water, and stir your mixture, on medium heat, until it starts to boil and until it thickens
- Add the orange blossom water and the rose water, stir for about 1 min and turn of the heat
- Add the newly obtained Ashta to the pie crust
- When the Ashta pie cools down to room temperature, put it in the fridge for about at least 2 hours
- Before serving your Ashta pie decorate it with strawberries, pistachios and honey
