Ashta Pie
It's one of our specialty recipes, it's a special occasion dessert. This dessert is a fusion of oriental and occidental cuisine. Believe me once you try it, you'll simply fall in love with it!

- 1 Pie Crust (Click to check our recipe to make your own)
- 2 cups Milk powder
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cups Water
- 1 bag Mastic
- 1 tbsp Orange blossom water
- 1 tbsp Rose water
- 10 Strawberries
- 8 tsp Honey
- 4 tbsp Pistachio hashed
In a pot, add the milk powder, the flour and the crushed mastic then mix everything very well
Add the water, and stir your mixture, on medium heat, until it starts to boil and until it thickens
Add the orange blossom water and the rose water, stir for about 1 min and turn of the heat
Add the newly obtained Ashta to the pie crust
When the Ashta pie cools down to room temperature, put it in the fridge for about at least 2 hours
Before serving your Ashta pie decorate it with strawberries, pistachios and honey
