Béchamel Sauce
It’ s a basic sauce of French cuisine, used in many different dishes such as lasagna and gratin. Here is our recipe for this famous Béchamel sauce!
Equipment
- Medium Pot
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 125 grams Milk Powder Full Fat
- 100 grams Flour T55
- 1250 mL Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Sweet Pepper
- ¼ tsp Ground Nutmeg
Instructions
- First, in a pot on medium heat melt the butter, add the milk powder and the flour, mix them
- Second, pour the water into the pot, stir the mixture
- Then, add the salt, the pepper and the nutmeg
- Finally stir the mixture well and keep stirring until it becomes thick
