- 1 tbsp Butter
- 125 grams Milk Powder Full Fat
- 100 grams Flour T55
- 1250 mL Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Sweet Pepper
- ¼ tsp Ground Nutmeg
First, in a pot on medium heat melt the butter, add the milk powder and the flour, mix them
Second, pour the water into the pot, stir the mixture
Then, add the salt, the pepper and the nutmeg
Finally stir the mixture well and keep stirring until it becomes thick
