Beef Skewers
Beef Skewers is an oriental recipe, which is very simple, very healthy and rich in proteins. It's an ideal when made either in the oven or for a BBQ.
Equipment
- A bowl
- An oven plate
Ingredients
- 500 grams Beef Filet
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Herbs of Provence
- 1 Onion wedges
- 1 Onion cubes
- 1 Tomato cubes
- 1 Green Sweet Pepper cubes
Instructions
- Cut the beef filet into cubes
- In a bowl, add the cubes of beef, the soy sauce, the pepper, the mustard, the oil, the "herbs of Provence and the onion then mix everything together
- Keep your mixture in the fridge for about 2 hours minimum
- Too hours later, skewer the cubes of beef with some onion, green pepper and tomato
- Cook the skewers beef in the oven, at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit), for about 6 mins each side
