Beef Skewers is an oriental recipe, which is very simple, very healthy and rich in proteins. It's an ideal when made either in the oven or for a BBQ.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams Beef Filet
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Herbs of Provence
  • 1 Onion wedges
  • 1 Onion cubes
  • 1 Tomato cubes
  • 1 Green Sweet Pepper cubes

Instructions
 

  • Cut the beef filet into cubes
  • In a bowl, add the cubes of beef, the soy sauce, the pepper, the mustard, the oil, the "herbs of Provence and the onion then mix everything together
  • Keep your mixture in the fridge for about 2 hours minimum
  • Too hours later, skewer the cubes of beef with some onion, green pepper and tomato
  • Cook the skewers beef in the oven, at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit), for about 6 mins each side
