Chicken Fajita Wrap
Chicken Fajita Wrap is a quick and simple recipe for every Mexican food lover. In this recipe we show you how to obtain a tasty non spicy version.
Equipment
- A bowl
- A pan
Ingredients
- 500 grams Chicken Breast
- 1 Onion Sliced
- 1 Clove Garlic Mashed
- 1/2 Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 100 grams Sweet pepper Sliced
- 100 grams Mushroom Sliced
- 100 grams Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breast into julienne slices and put them in a bowl
- Add a sliced onion and a mashed garlic to your chicken
- Add the lemon juice, pepper, paprika and cinnamon
- Mix everything very well, cover your mixture and put it to rest in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours
- In a pan, on low heat, cook your chicken Fajita for about 5 mins
- Add the sliced mushroom and the sliced sweet pepper to the chicken and continue the cooking procedure for 5 mins
- Serve your fajita inside a tortilla wrap sprinkled with shredded mozzarella cheese (Check our tortilla wrap recipe)

Our Cooking Hints
- If you are a hot food lover add 1 tsp of red chili pepper to your chicken mixture
- You can add 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt or sour cream to your mixture to soften the chicken pieces
