Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams Chicken Breast
  • 1 Onion Sliced
  • 1 Clove Garlic Mashed
  • 1/2 Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 100 grams Sweet pepper Sliced
  • 100 grams Mushroom Sliced
  • 100 grams Mozzarella Cheese Shredded

Equipment

  • A bowl
  • A pan

Method
 

  1. Cut the chicken breast into julienne slices and put them in a bowl
  2. Add a sliced onion and a mashed garlic to your chicken
  3. Add the lemon juice, pepper, paprika and cinnamon
  4. Mix everything very well, cover your mixture and put it to rest in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours
  5. In a pan, on low heat, cook your chicken Fajita for about 5 mins
  6. Add the sliced mushroom and the sliced sweet pepper to the chicken and continue the cooking procedure for 5 mins
  7. Serve your fajita inside a tortilla wrap sprinkled with shredded mozzarella cheese (Check our tortilla wrap recipe)

  • If you are a hot food lover add 1 tsp of red chili pepper to your chicken mixture
  • You can add 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt or sour cream to your mixture to soften the chicken pieces
