Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams Chicken Breast
  • 1 Onion Sliced
  • 1 Clove Garlic Mashed
  • 1/2 Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 100 grams Sweet pepper Sliced
  • 100 grams Mushroom Sliced
  • 100 grams Mozzarella Cheese Shredded

Instructions
 

  • Cut the chicken breast into julienne slices and put them in a bowl
  • Add a sliced onion and a mashed garlic to your chicken
  • Add the lemon juice, pepper, paprika and cinnamon
  • Mix everything very well, cover your mixture and put it to rest in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours
  • In a pan, on low heat, cook your chicken Fajita for about 5 mins
  • Add the sliced mushroom and the sliced sweet pepper to the chicken and continue the cooking procedure for 5 mins
  • Serve your fajita inside a tortilla wrap sprinkled with shredded mozzarella cheese (Check our tortilla wrap recipe)

Our Cooking Hints

  • If you are a hot food lover add 1 tsp of red chili pepper to your chicken mixture
  • You can add 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt or sour cream to your mixture to soften the chicken pieces
