Chicken Skewers
Chicken Skewers is a simple, quick and very tasty family recipe. They are rich in proteins, very healthy and ideal in the oven or for a BBQ!
Equipment
- A bowl
- An oven plate
Ingredients
- 500 grams Chicken Breast
- ¼ cup Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- ½ tsp Pepper
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 Clove Garlic mashed
- ½ Lemon juice
- 1 Onion cut into cubes
- 1 Green Sweet Pepper cut into cubes
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breast into cubes
- In a bowl, add your chicken cubes, yogurt, salt, pepper , paprika, vegetable oil, garlic and lemon juice then mix everything very well
- Keep your mixture to rest in the fridge for about 2 hours minimum
- Two hours later, skewer the chicken cubes with some onion cubes and green sweet pepper cubes
- Cook your skewers chicken at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit) in the oven for about 10 mins each side
