Chicken Skewers
Chicken Skewers is a simple, quick and very tasty family recipe. They are rich in proteins, very healthy and ideal in the oven or for a BBQ!

- 500 grams Chicken Breast
- ¼ cup Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- ½ tsp Pepper
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 Clove Garlic mashed
- ½ Lemon juice
- 1 Onion cut into cubes
- 1 Green Sweet Pepper cut into cubes
Cut the chicken breast into cubes
In a bowl, add your chicken cubes, yogurt, salt, pepper , paprika, vegetable oil, garlic and lemon juice then mix everything very well
Keep your mixture to rest in the fridge for about 2 hours minimum
Two hours later, skewer the chicken cubes with some onion cubes and green sweet pepper cubes
Cook your skewers chicken at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit) in the oven for about 10 mins each side

- If you are a fan of hot food you can add some red hot pepper to your mixture
- Serve the chicken skewers with garlic paste, some fries and Lebanese bread
