Chinese salad
Chinese salad is a delightful dish made with fresh ingredients and ideal during a hot weather. Its exotic taste will bring something extra to the table!

- A salad bowl
Ingredients
- 150 grams Rice Vermicelli
- 1 Carrot Shredded
- ¼ Bunch Green onions Sliced
- 1 Bunch Coriander Hashed
- 250 grams Crab Sticks
- 100 grams Ham Sliced
- 3 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 5 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 5 tbsp Rice Vinegar
Instructions
- In a pot, boil 1 L of water, turn off the heat and add the rice vermicelli in the hot water for about 5 minutes
- After 5 minutes in boiled water, drain your rice vermicelli and put them in cold water for a few minutes. then drain them again.
- In a salad Bowl, add the crab sticks, the onions, the coriander, the ham, the carrot and the vermicelli rice then mix everything
- Add the soy sauce, the sesame oil and the rice vinegar then mix everything together very well

Our Cooking Hints
- You can replace the rice vermicelli with soja vermicelli
- You can add shrimps to your salad or replace the crab sticks with shrimps
- For a better experience, serve your salad very fresh (you can put the salad 2 hrs in the fridge before serving)
