Ingredients
  

  • 150 grams Rice Vermicelli
  • 1 Carrot Shredded
  • ΒΌ Bunch Green onions Sliced
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Hashed
  • 250 grams Crab Sticks
  • 100 grams Ham Sliced
  • 3 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 5 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 5 tbsp Rice Vinegar

Method
 

  1. In a pot, boil 1 L of water, turn off the heat and add the rice vermicelli in the hot water for about 5 minutes
  2. After 5 minutes in boiled water, drain your rice vermicelli and put them in cold water for a few minutes. then drain them again.
  3. In a salad Bowl, add the crab sticks, the onions, the coriander, the ham, the carrot and the vermicelli rice then mix everything
  4. Add the soy sauce, the sesame oil and the rice vinegar then mix everything together very well

Our Cooking Hints

  • You can replace the rice vermicelli with soja vermicelli
  • You can add shrimps to your salad or replace the crab sticks with shrimps
  • For a better experience, serve your salad very fresh (you can put the salad 2 hrs in the fridge before serving)
