Ingredients
  

  • 150 grams Rice Vermicelli
  • 1 Carrot Shredded
  • ΒΌ Bunch Green onions Sliced
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Hashed
  • 250 grams Crab Sticks
  • 100 grams Ham Sliced
  • 3 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 5 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 5 tbsp Rice Vinegar

Instructions
 

  • In a pot, boil 1 L of water, turn off the heat and add the rice vermicelli in the hot water for about 5 minutes
  • After 5 minutes in boiled water, drain your rice vermicelli and put them in cold water for a few minutes. then drain them again.
  • In a salad Bowl, add the crab sticks, the onions, the coriander, the ham, the carrot and the vermicelli rice then mix everything
  • Add the soy sauce, the sesame oil and the rice vinegar then mix everything together very well

Our Cooking Hints

  • You can replace the rice vermicelli with soja vermicelli
  • You can add shrimps to your salad or replace the crab sticks with shrimps
  • For a better experience, serve your salad very fresh (you can put the salad 2 hrs in the fridge before serving)
