Chocolate fondant

- 4 Small Round Molds
Ingredients
- 200 grams Dark Chocolate
- 100 grams Butter
- 100 grams Sugar
- 100 grams Flour
- 5 grams Baking Powder
- 1 Egg
- 4 pieces Dark Chocolate
Instructions
- Start by preheating your oven at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit)
- Start by melting the butter and chocolate together either in a microwave or a bain-marie
- Whisk the egg and sugar together until they blend well
- Add the baking powder and flour and whisk well
- Progressively add the chocolate/butter mixture while whisking, making sure that everything blends perfectly
- Fill until â…“ in each mold the mixture, followed by a piece of chocolate
- Then complete until â…” with the mixture
- Place the mold in the oven for about 15 minutes
- Remove, turn them over on a plate and enjoy!
