Equipment

  • 4 Small Round Molds

Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams Dark Chocolate
  • 100 grams Butter
  • 100 grams Sugar
  • 100 grams Flour
  • 5 grams Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 pieces Dark Chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Start by preheating your oven at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit)
  • Start by melting the butter and chocolate together either in a microwave or a bain-marie
  • Whisk the egg and sugar together until they blend well
  • Add the baking powder and flour and whisk well
  • Progressively add the chocolate/butter mixture while whisking, making sure that everything blends perfectly
  • Fill until ⅓ in each mold the mixture, followed by a piece of chocolate
  • Then complete until ⅔ with the mixture
  • Place the mold in the oven for about 15 minutes
  • Remove, turn them over on a plate and enjoy!

Notes

Our Cooking Hints:

  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with vanilla ice cream
  • You can replace the pieces of dark chocolate with white, milk or even Kinder!
