Start by preheating your oven at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit)
Start by melting the butter and chocolate together either in a microwave or a bain-marie
Whisk the egg and sugar together until they blend well
Add the baking powder and flour and whisk well
Progressively add the chocolate/butter mixture while whisking, making sure that everything blends perfectly
Fill until ⅓ in each mold the mixture, followed by a piece of chocolate
Then complete until ⅔ with the mixture
Place the mold in the oven for about 15 minutes
Remove, turn them over on a plate and enjoy!
