Creamy Chicken Mushroom

Ingredients
- 500 grams Chicken Breast Sliced
- 15 grams Butter
- 200 grams Fresh Mushrooms Sliced
- 1 Shallot Sliced
- 2 Garlic Cloves Mashed
- 1 Chicken Cube
- 125 mL Water
- 200 mL Cooking Cream
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Herbs of Provence
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sweet Pepper
- 75 grams Parmesan Cheese Grated
Instructions
- Start by melting the chicken cube in your 125 mL of water and reserve
- In your pan, add the butter and melt it at medium heat
- Add the sliced chicken pieces and sprinkle them with salt and pepper
- Cook the pieces while paying attention to lower the heat after a few minutes so they do not dry up
- Once cooked, reserve them in a separate plate and cover it with aluminum foil
- In the same pan, add the shallot and cook it for a few minutes on medium heat
- Add the mushrooms and stir from time to time, until they start softening
- Add the garlic and the paprika, stir well, and let it cook for a few minutes
- Now add the melted chicken cube and keep cooking until it starts boiling
- Add the parmesan cheese and keep stirring until it starts melting
- Now you can add the cream, your cooked chicken, and the herbs
- At low heat, keep stirring occasionally until the cream starts boiling and thickening

- For a lighter version you can omit the parmesan and replace the cream with a light one
