Creamy Dorado
Fish is very healthy! A source of omega 3 and protein, fish can however be delicate to cook. In this recipe, we show you how to cook a creamy Dorado in a very tasty way!

Ingredients
- 2 Fresh Dorado Cleaned and Scaled
- 1 big Onion
- 1 Lemon
- 200 mL Cooking Cream
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Shallot
- 2 Tomatoes Juicy
- 200 mL White Cooking Wine
- 1 tbsp Dill
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Pepper
Instructions
- First, preheat your oven at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit)
- Second, cut the onion in rings1 big Onion
- Third, slice the shallot in small pieces1 Shallot
- Then, wash the fish with a bit of water, and fill them with the sliced shallot and some dill2 Fresh Dorado, 1 tbsp Dill
- Afterwards, put 1 tbsp of olive oil on an oven plate, and put the onion rings in it (They will be carrying the fish so put them in the best possible way)3 tbsp Olive Oil
- Now, put the fish over the onion rings, add salt and pepper1 tbsp Salt, 1 tbsp Pepper
- Cut the lemon into rings and put them over the fish1 Lemon
- Then, cut each tomato into 8 pieces and distribute them around the fish on the plate2 Tomatoes
- And put 1 tbsp of olive oil over each fish
- Now put the plate in the oven with convection on for 15 minutes
- After 15 mins remove the plate, and pour the white wine evenly over each fish200 mL White Cooking Wine
- Then put back in the oven for 10 mins
- After 10 mins, remove the plate, pour the cooking cream evenly over the plate and put back in the oven for about 5 mins while reducing the temperature to 150 degrees Celsius (302 degrees Fahrenheit), until the cream is cooked200 mL Cooking Cream
- Finally, remove your plate from the oven and enjoy your creamy and tasty dish!
Notes
Our Cooking Hints:
- To choose your fish properly, make sure its eyes still look as if it was alive and check for fresh blood around its mouth
- It is best to serve yellow rice with fish related dishes, sprinkled with some dill
- You can replace regular salt with coarse salt for an even better taste
- You can replace them with Bar fish
- If you want a cream free fish, you can skip step 13 and in step 12 cook for another 25 mins instead of 20 mins
