Notes

Our Cooking Hints:

  • To choose your fish properly, make sure its eyes still look as if it was alive and check for fresh blood around its mouth
  • It is best to serve yellow rice with fish related dishes, sprinkled with some dill
  • You can replace regular salt with coarse salt for an even better taste
  • You can replace them with Bar fish
  • If you want a cream free fish, you can skip step 13 and in step 12 cook for another 25 mins instead of 20 mins
