Potatoes Omelette
This recipe is very easy to make, you can serve it as a starter or for a quick dinner
Equipment
- Pan
- Baking Tray or Fryer
- Whisk
- Mixing Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 Potatoes
- 4 Eggs
- ¼ tsp Butter
- 1 tsp Dried Mint
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Start by cutting the potatoes into small cubes then fry them for 10 mins or bake them for 45 mins at 220 Celsius degrees (428 degrees Fahrenheit)
- Next, in a bowl mix the eggs, the dried mint, the salt, the butter and the garlic
- Finally put the cooked potatoes in a pan, add the mixture and cook them together in a medium heat for about 5 mins

Our Cooking Hints:
- If you love mushroom you can add some fresh mushrooms to your eggs and potatoes mixture
- For a more enjoyable experience you can sprinkle some grated parmesan cheese
