This recipe is very easy to make, you can serve it as a starter or for a quick dinner

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Potatoes
  • 4 Eggs
  • ¼ tsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Dried Mint
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Garlic Powder

  • Baking Tray or Fryer
  • Whisk
  • Mixing Bowl

Method
 

  1. Start by cutting the potatoes into small cubes then fry them for 10 mins or bake them for 45 mins at 220 Celsius degrees (428 degrees Fahrenheit)
  2. Next, in a bowl mix the eggs, the dried mint, the salt, the butter and the garlic
  3. Finally put the cooked potatoes in a pan, add the mixture and cook them together in a medium heat for about 5 mins

Our Cooking Hints:

  • If you love mushroom you can add some fresh mushrooms to your eggs and potatoes mixture
  • For a more enjoyable experience you can sprinkle some grated parmesan cheese
