This recipe is very easy to make, you can serve it as a starter or for a quick dinner

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Potatoes
  • 4 Eggs
  • ¼ tsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Dried Mint
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions
 

  • Start by cutting the potatoes into small cubes then fry them for 10 mins or bake them for 45 mins at 220 Celsius degrees (428 degrees Fahrenheit)
  • Next, in a bowl mix the eggs, the dried mint, the salt, the butter and the garlic
  • Finally put the cooked potatoes in a pan, add the mixture and cook them together in a medium heat for about 5 mins

Our Cooking Hints:

  • If you love mushroom you can add some fresh mushrooms to your eggs and potatoes mixture
  • For a more enjoyable experience you can sprinkle some grated parmesan cheese
