Farfalle and shrimps with red sauce
It's a very tasty and simple recipe. A complete meal with few ingredients that everyone will enjoy!
Equipment

Ingredients
- 150 grams Farfalle pasta
- 500 grams Shrimps
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Onion sliced
- 1 clove Garlic sliced
- 4 Tomatoes
- 200 grams Strained tomatoes
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Thym dried
Instructions
- In a pot, boil some water with salt and cook your farfalle for about 8-10 mins
- Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes into small cubes
- In a pan, at medium heat, add the olive oil and cook the shrimps from both sides for about 2-3 mins (each side)
- Remove the cooked shrimps from the pan and save them aside
- In a pan, on medium heat, add the sliced onion and garlic for about 1-2 mins
- In the same pan, add the tomatoes and cook them for about 5 mins on low heat
- Add the strained tomatoes, the salt, the pepper, the thym and mix everything together.
- Stir your mixture from time to time until the sauce starts to boil
- Add the cooked farfalle to the sauce and mix them
- Add your shrimps and enjoy your meal!
Notes
Our Cooking Hints:
- Don’t forget to add some olive oil to your cooked farfalle to avoid the pasta from sticking
- If you are a fan of a hot sauce, add some hot spices to your sauce
- For a better taste, you can add salt and pepper to your shrimps before cooking them
