In a pot, boil some water with salt and cook your farfalle for about 8-10 mins
Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes into small cubes
In a pan, at medium heat, add the olive oil and cook the shrimps from both sides for about 2-3 mins (each side)
Remove the cooked shrimps from the pan and save them aside
In a pan, on medium heat, add the sliced onion and garlic for about 1-2 mins
In the same pan, add the tomatoes and cook them for about 5 mins on low heat
Add the strained tomatoes, the salt, the pepper, the thym and mix everything together.
Stir your mixture from time to time until the sauce starts to boil
Add the cooked farfalle to the sauce and mix them
Add your shrimps and enjoy your meal!
