Goat cheese salad
It's a classic french salad, very easy to make at home. All the family will love it.

Ingredients
- 200 g Goat Cheese round
- 6 pieces Soft Bread
- 100 g Curly Lettuce
- 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Mustard
- 100 grams Walnuts Cut in 4
- 2 Tomatoes Sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit)
- Cut the soft bread into round pieces (same size of the goat cheese)
- Toast the round soft bread in the oven for about 10 mins
- Put the round goat cheese on top of every round bread then put them again in the oven for about 5 mins
- For the sauce, mix the oil, balsamic vinegar and mustard together
- In a salad plate, put the curly lettuce, the bread and cheese, the tomatoes, the walnuts and the sauce
Notes
Our Cooking Hints:
- When you toast the bread make them soft and hot, try to not burn them
- You can add some dried tomatoes and fruits to your salad
- For a better taste, serve your salad when the cheese is still hot
