Goat cheese salad

It's a classic french salad, very easy to make at home. All the family will love it.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Goat Cheese round
  • 6 pieces Soft Bread
  • 100 g Curly Lettuce
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard
  • 100 grams Walnuts Cut in 4
  • 2 Tomatoes Sliced

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit)
  2. Cut the soft bread into round pieces (same size of the goat cheese)
  3. Toast the round soft bread in the oven for about 10 mins
  4. Put the round goat cheese on top of every round bread then put them again in the oven for about 5 mins
  5. For the sauce, mix the oil, balsamic vinegar and mustard together
  6. In a salad plate, put the curly lettuce, the bread and cheese, the tomatoes, the walnuts and the sauce

Notes

Our Cooking Hints:

  • When you toast the bread make them soft and hot, try to not burn them
  • You can add some dried tomatoes and fruits to your salad
  • For a better taste, serve your salad when the cheese is still hot
