Lasagna Bolognese
Lasagna Bolognese is the plate to go if you are a Bolognese and béchamel lover. This recipe will give you a tasty mixture of both!

For the bolognese sauce
- In a pan, on medium heat, place the butter and let it melt
- Add to your pan the onion and cook it for about 2 mins
- Add the carrots cubes to the onion then add the meat and keep cooking
- When the meat is cooked add the tomato paste, the salt, the pepper and the oregano then mix everything well for about 2 mins. Turn off the heat.
For the Béchamel
- In a pot, add the milk powder, the flour, the nutmeg, the salt and the pepper then mix everything together
- Add the water to your mixture, stir well and turn on the heat
- Keep stirring until the mixture start to thicken
For the Lasagna
- In a pan boil some water, add salt and olive oil to the water then turn off the heat
- Add the lasagna sheet one by one for about 30 seconds to 1 min each before disposing them in the Pyrex plate
- In a Pyrex, start with adding a layer of Béchamel sauce then dispose the lasagna sheet such as they cover the surface
- Add a layer of Bolognese sauce, a layer of Béchamel, a layer of lasagna sheet then repeat the process until you make 3 to 4 layers of each
- After disposing the last layer of Lasagna, add béchamel sauce and cover it with a layer of shredded mozzarella

- Cook the Lasagna in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 10 to 15 mins

- You can add green peas to your Bolognese sauce
- You can add tomato juice to the Bolognese sauce if you like it more juicy
