Our Cooking Hints:
- You can serve as a plate or as a sandwich
- You can add some pickles aside
- The best bread with this dish is the Lebanese bread
All of it looks great! However, you didn’t specify as to what cut of meat should be used and what other shawarma spices needed. What about all the ready prepared and sold shawarma spices?
Like to hear from you on these questions.
Many thanks.

Thank you very much for your comment and for bringing my attention to that point!
You should use either tenderloin or sirloin. Tenderloin of course will give a better result
and will be less dry.
As for the spices, those are have included replace the shawarma mix spices. But in case you want to
use your very own market ready shawarma spices you can definitely do so. You will have however to remove
the spices being used in the recipe except for salt and pepper.
