Equipment

  • Pyrex Bowl
  • Pan

Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams Beef Tenderloin or Sirloin Sliced
  • 2 Onions Sliced
  • ½ Lemon Squeezed
  • ¼ tsp Pepper
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 Tomatoes Sliced
  • Chopped Parsley
  • 1 tsp Sumac

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl: add the sliced beef meat, one sliced onion, the lemon juice, the pepper, the salt, the cinnamon, the oil and the vinegar then mix all the ingredients very well with the meat
  • Put the mixture into the fridge for 2 h minimum and 24 h maximum
  • In a pan, in a low heat, add the mixture then put the sliced tomatoes on the top. Cook the mixture for about 20 mins
  • Once it’s cooked, serve with parsley, onion mixed with sumac and Tarator sauce
