Mouhalabieh
This is a Lebanese delightful flan, rich in milk, so easy and so quick to make. The result is so yummy!
Equipment
- Medium Pot
Ingredients
- 50 grams Milk Powder Full Fat
- 500 mL Water
- 2 tbsp Rice Powder
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Rose Blossom Water
- 1 tbsp Orange Blossom Water
Instructions
- In a pot, add the milk powder, the rice powder, the sugar and mix them well
- Add the water, turn on the heat, stir and keep stirring until the mixture boils and start to become thick
- Low the heat to minimum, add the rose blossom water, the orange blossom water and stir the mixture for about 1 min
- Pour into separate cups, let it cool and place in the fridge for 3 hours to enjoy your Lebanese delightful flan!
Notes
Our Cooking Hints:
- If you can’t find rice powder you can replace it with corn flour
- Serve with pistachio for a better taste
