- 50 grams Milk Powder Full Fat
- 500 mL Water
- 2 tbsp Rice Powder
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Rose Blossom Water
- 1 tbsp Orange Blossom Water
In a pot, add the milk powder, the rice powder, the sugar and mix them well
Add the water, turn on the heat, stir and keep stirring until the mixture boils and start to become thick
Low the heat to minimum, add the rose blossom water, the orange blossom water and stir the mixture for about 1 min
Pour into separate cups, let it cool and place in the fridge for 3 hours to enjoy your Lebanese delightful flan!
Our Cooking Hints:
- If you can’t find rice powder you can replace it with corn flour
- Serve with pistachio for a better taste
