Soft Chocolate Cake
The soft chocolate cake is a must bake for every true chocolate lover. Its moistness and fluffiness, makes it a phenomenal success among everyone. Beside, did you know that January 27th is national chocolate cake day?

Ingredients
- 125 grams Flour T45
- 100 grams Dark Chocolate
- 100 grams Milk Chocolate
- 200 grams Sugar
- 125 grams Butter
- 8 grams Baking Powder
- 5 Eggs
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- First, start by preheating your oven at 150℃ (302℉)
- Second, melt the chocolate and butter together either in a bain-marie or in the microwave and put aside100 grams Dark Chocolate, 125 grams Butter, 100 grams Milk Chocolate
- Third for each egg, separate the yolk from the white (Put each in a bowl)5 Eggs
- Fourth, beat the egg yolks with the sugar200 grams Sugar
- Then, add the melted chocolate/butter and the vanilla extract and mix well1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
- Now add the flour and keep mixing125 grams Flour
- Add the baking powder, give it a mix then add the salt and mix again8 grams Baking Powder, 1 pinch Salt
- Now beat the egg whites until you obtain a whip cream like texture
- Add the beaten egg whites to your main bowl and mix them very gently using a spatula, to avoid the egg whites from decomposing
- Now add some butter to a cake mold and pour in the complete mixture (any shape will work)
- Then, put it in the oven with convection on for about 35-40 minutes
- Afterwards, remove from the oven and place on a cooling grid
- Finally, after 20 minutes you can unmold the cake using a plate

Our Cooking Hints:
- To make sure you cake is well baked, use a knife and stick it all the way in the middle. If it comes out dry then your cake is baked
- You can sprinkle your cake with crushed pistachios or powdered sugar
