First, start by preheating your oven at 150℃ (302℉)
Second, melt the chocolate and butter together either in a bain-marie or in the microwave and put aside
100 grams Dark Chocolate, 125 grams Butter, 100 grams Milk Chocolate
Third for each egg, separate the yolk from the white (Put each in a bowl)

Fourth, beat the egg yolks with the sugar
200 grams Sugar
Then, add the melted chocolate/butter and the vanilla extract and mix well

Now add the flour and keep mixing

Add the baking powder, give it a mix then add the salt and mix again
8 grams Baking Powder, 1 pinch Salt
Now beat the egg whites until you obtain a whip cream like texture
Add the beaten egg whites to your main bowl and mix them very gently using a spatula, to avoid the egg whites from decomposing
Now add some butter to a cake mold and pour in the complete mixture (any shape will work)
Then, put it in the oven with convection on for about 35-40 minutes
Afterwards, remove from the oven and place on a cooling grid
Finally, after 20 minutes you can unmold the cake using a plate
