Ingredients
  

  • 125 grams Flour T45
  • 100 grams Dark Chocolate
  • 100 grams Milk Chocolate
  • 200 grams Sugar
  • 125 grams Butter
  • 8 grams Baking Powder
  • 5 Eggs
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • First, start by preheating your oven at 150℃ (302℉)
  • Second, melt the chocolate and butter together either in a bain-marie or in the microwave and put aside
    100 grams Dark Chocolate, 125 grams Butter, 100 grams Milk Chocolate
  • Third for each egg, separate the yolk from the white (Put each in a bowl)
    5 Eggs
  • Fourth, beat the egg yolks with the sugar
    200 grams Sugar
  • Then, add the melted chocolate/butter and the vanilla extract and mix well
    1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • Now add the flour and keep mixing
    125 grams Flour
  • Add the baking powder, give it a mix then add the salt and mix again
    8 grams Baking Powder, 1 pinch Salt
  • Now beat the egg whites until you obtain a whip cream like texture
  • Add the beaten egg whites to your main bowl and mix them very gently using a spatula, to avoid the egg whites from decomposing
  • Now add some butter to a cake mold and pour in the complete mixture (any shape will work)
  • Then, put it in the oven with convection on for about 35-40 minutes
  • Afterwards, remove from the oven and place on a cooling grid
  • Finally, after 20 minutes you can unmold the cake using a plate
  • Enjoy your beautiful work!

Our Cooking Hints:

  • To make sure you cake is well baked, use a knife and stick it all the way in the middle. If it comes out dry then your cake is baked
  • You can sprinkle your cake with crushed pistachios or powdered sugar
