Tabbouleh
Tabbouleh is a Lebanese traditional salad, present at every Lebanese occasion and at every family reunion. Very delicious, fresh and easy to prepare, we guide you through this recipe to obtain its true authentic taste!
Equipment
- A salad bowl
Ingredients
- 2 Bunches Parsley
- â…“ Cup Burgul Small Brown
- 1 Onion
- 6-7 Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ Cup Lemon Juice
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Sumac Powder
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Cut the tomatoes intos small cubes
- Hash the Parsley and wash them
- Cut the onion into small cubes, add the salt, pepper and sumac to your sliced onion then mix them together
- In a bowl, add the parsley, the tomatoes, the onion, the olive oil and the lemon juice then mix everything together very well
