Ingredients
  

  • 2 Bunches Parsley
  • Cup Burgul Small Brown
  • 1 Onion
  • 6-7 Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ Cup Lemon Juice
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Sumac Powder
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil

  • A salad bowl

Method
 

  1. Cut the tomatoes intos small cubes
  2. Hash the Parsley and wash them
  3. Cut the onion into small cubes, add the salt, pepper and sumac to your sliced onion then mix them together
  4. In a bowl, add the parsley, the tomatoes, the onion, the olive oil and the lemon juice then mix everything together very well
