Vegetable Chinese Noodles
Vegetable Chinese Noodles are guaranteed to bring Asian flavors to your table. Meat free, it is an ideal plate for the whole family.

Ingredients
Vegetables preparation
- 1 Onion Sliced
- 100 grams Fresh mushroom Sliced
- 1 Carrot Julienne sliced
- 1 Green Bell Pepper Sliced
- 1 Cup Cabbage Sliced
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
Sauce preparation
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 5 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Sweet and Sour Sauce
Noodles preparation
- 200 grams Egg Noodles
- 500 mL Water
Instructions
Vegetables preparation
- In a pot, on medium heat, add the vegetable oil, the sliced onion and cook them for about 2 mins
- Add the carrot, the mushroom and the green bell pepper then cook them for about 5 mins
- Add the cabbage slices and cook them for about 2 mins then add the soy sauce and turn off the heat
Sauce preparation
- Mix all the ingredients together (as simple as that)
Noodles preparation
- Boil the water then add the egg noodles and cook them for about 5 mins or as mentioned on the instructions
- Drain the noodles then put them in a bowl, add the vegetables, the sauce and mix everything together

- If you love hot food you can add some chili sauce to your sauce
- You can serve the vegetables noodles along with chicken, meat or shrimps
