Ingredients
  

Vegetables preparation

  • 1 Onion Sliced
  • 100 grams Fresh mushroom Sliced
  • 1 Carrot Julienne sliced
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper Sliced
  • 1 Cup Cabbage Sliced
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce

Sauce preparation

  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 5 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Sweet and Sour Sauce

Noodles preparation

  • 200 grams Egg Noodles
  • 500 mL Water

Instructions
 

Vegetables preparation

  • In a pot, on medium heat, add the vegetable oil, the sliced onion and cook them for about 2 mins
  • Add the carrot, the mushroom and the green bell pepper then cook them for about 5 mins
  • Add the cabbage slices and cook them for about 2 mins then add the soy sauce and turn off the heat

Sauce preparation

  • Mix all the ingredients together (as simple as that)

Noodles preparation

  • Boil the water then add the egg noodles and cook them for about 5 mins or as mentioned on the instructions
  • Drain the noodles then put them in a bowl, add the vegetables, the sauce and mix everything together
