Start by preheating your oven at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit)
Start by slicing the onion into small pieces
Then, in a big pan (suitable for ovens) on medium heat, add the butter and when it melts, add the sliced onion
Now ,stir frequently until it melts, and add the meat while frequently stirring
When the meat starts changing color due to cooking, add the mushrooms and continue stirring from time to time
Now when the mushrooms start melting, add the mustard, the bouillon cube, the water, the soy sauce and mix very well
Then, add the cooking cream, pepper, the herbs and mix very well
And stir from time to time until the cream starts boiling
Afterwards, put the pan away from the heat and put it in the oven for about 20 mins
Finally, remove your plate from the oven and you’re done!
