    1 handful Walnuts

    4 Eggs
  • Then add the vanilla extract, melted chocolate and butter and mix well
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Finally add the small walnut chunks and mix everything with a wooden spoon
  • Use the 10 g of butter to grease your mold. This will avoid them getting stuck. A square mold is preferable.
    10 grams Butter
  • Now pour the whole mixture into your mold which will now go into the oven for about 30-35 mins. Make sure the convection is on
  • Once cooked, remove your mold and put it on a cooling rack.
  • After 20-25 mins, using a knife, at ⅓ and ⅔ in length do a vertical cut and at ½ in height do a horizontal cut. This way you will obtain 6 pieces
  • Finally serve each piece into a plate and use powdered sugar to sprinkle over your yummy chocolate brownie. Bon appétit!

Notes

Our Cooking Hints:

  • To verify that your baking goods are almost done cooking, use a knife and push it in the middle. If it gets out moist but not liquid then it means it's ready!
  • Do not overcook your brownie otherwise it will be too dry!
  • For a more amazing experience, serve along with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
  • You can also use a mixture of chocolates such as 100 g of dark chocolate and 100 g of milk chocolate
