- In a cake bowl, add the eggs and the sugar then mix them with the electric mixer
- Add the yogurt, the butter, the whiskey and the vanilla then mix everything together
- After mixing the flour and the baking powder together in a separate bowl add them slowly to your mixture while mixing
- Add the cherries to your mixture and mix them manually using a spatula
- Add the cake mixture in a cake bake plate and bake it for about 40 mins at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit) after preheating your oven

- Don't forget to use a baking sheet or to cover your baking tray with butter and flour before adding your cake mixture
- You can use nature yogurt or cherry yogurt
- You can add some almonds to your cake mixture
