Place your chicken strips in a mixing bowl and add the white plain yogurt
300 grams Chicken Breast, 2 tbsp White Plain Yogurt
Followed by the cinnamon, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper
1 tsp Cinnamon, 1 tsp Paprika, 1 tsp Garlic Powder, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Black Pepper
Finally add the lemon juice and using a safe to food contact glove, mix everything very well together
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
Cover with a cling film and place in the fridge for two hours
Once the two hours are passed, place your chicken pieces in a non stick pan on medium heat
Cook for about 10-12 mins
Next cut your lettuce leaves in small, long slices
Now take the aioli sauce out of the fridge
On a tortilla bread, spread 1 tbsp of aioli sauce, add to the it some lettuce leaves and tomatoes, and ¼ of the chicken
4 Tortillas Bread (Check the recipe here), 4 leaves Green Lettuce, 2 Medium Tomatoes
Wrap the tortilla bread and cut it in half with a diagonal cut
Do the same for the 3 other tortillas and you’re done!
