Chicken Shawarma

Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams Chicken Breast sliced
  • 1 Clove Garlic mashed
  • ½ Lemon squeezed
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Chicken Shawarma Spices
  • 1 pinch Salt

Equipment

  • A bowl
  • A pan

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, add the chicken, the oil, the garlic, the lemon, the vinegar and the chicken shawarma pepper then mix them well
  2. Keep your mixture to rest in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours
  3. In a pan, on low heat, cook your mixture for about 15 mins
