Ingredients
  

  • 5 Eggs
  • 1.5 cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Yogurt
  • ½ cup Orange juice (fresh)
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 3 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Whisky
  • 1 tsp Oil (olive or vegetable oil)
  • 1 tsp Butter

  • Cake mixer
  • Cake bake plate
  • Mixing Bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit)
  2. In the cake mixer bowl, add the eggs and the sugar then mix them very well
  3. In a separate bowl mix the flour with the baking powder and add them slowly to the eggs and sugar mixture (while mixing)
  4. Keep mixing and add the yogurt, the orange juice and the whisky
  5. Spread your cake bake plate with butter
  6. Your mixture is ready, you can pour it in the cake bake plate
  7. Put your cake mixture in the oven for about 40-45 mins
  8. Allow it to cool and enjoy!

Our Cooking Hints

  • Stick your knife in the middle of the cake and make sure it comes out dry
  • You can replace the yogurt with milk
  • You can replace butter with tahini (sesame cream) to cover your cake bake plate
