Fish burger is a quick, easy and delicious recipe. With this step by step guideline, your fish filet will become very crispy and even tastier.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Fish filet
  • 2 cups Flour All purpose
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sweet Pepper
  • 1 tsp White pepper
  • 1.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1/2 L Vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1/2 Lemon (juice)
  • 2 Leaves Green onion (cut it small)
  • 1 tsp Câpres (cut it small)
  • 1 tsp Pickles (cut it small)

  • 3 medium bowls
  • one pan

Method
 

For the fish burger
  1. In a bowl, add one cup of all purpose flour,1 tbsp of corn flour, paprika, 1 tsp of garlic powder, onion powder, salt, white pepper, sweet pepper then mix everything together
  2. Slowly add water while mixing to your mixture
  3. In an other bowl add one cup of all purpose flour
  4. In an other bowl add the bread crumbs
  5. Cut your fish filet into 2 parts, dip each in the all flour purpose bowl, then in the dough mixture, and finally in the bread crumbs
  6. Heat the vegetable oil at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit), then fry your fish filet for about 3 mins on each side
For the tartar sauce
  1. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, ½ tsp of garlic powder, the green onion, pickles and the câpres together
For the burger
  1. In a burger bun, add your crispy fish with the condiments of your choice
