Start by mixing the flour, salt, sugar and baking powder in a bowl
Next add to them the milk and start mixing using a kitchen aid or manually with a spatula
When the dough start coming together, add the vegetable oil
Keep mixing until you obtain a smooth dough
Now cover it for 30 minutes
Next put a large pan on high heat (do not add any grease)
Then divide your dough into 8 pieces of roughly 110-120 grams each
Using a pastry roll, give them a round shape and try to have them as thin as possible
Once your pan is hot enough, place your round dough on it
After 20 – 30 seconds, bubbles starts to form, that’s where you will flip it on the other side
Let it cook for about a minute and flip it again
Now your dough might start rising and that’s normal, cook it for about a minute
Now remove your newly baked tortilla and place it on a plate to cool down
Repeat for all the dough pieces
