Delay the yeast in the milk for about 10 minutes, until it activates
Add to the it the melted butter, 2 beaten eggs and mix well
In the mixing bowl, add your flour, salt, sugar and mix well
Add your wet mixture (milk, yeast, butter and eggs) to the mixing bowl and mix everything well until the dough is formed
Knead the dough for about 10 minutes then cover it and let it rest for about 2 hours or until it doubles in volume
Lightly flour your work surface, place on it your dough and chase away the air bubbles
Divide the dough into 6 equal parts
Flatten gently each part and fold the extremities to the center, before rolling it using the palm of your hand to form a ball
Place each ball on a parchment paper over a baking tray and gently flatten them (not completely) with the palm of your hand
Cover them and let them double in volume
Preheat your oven at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit)
Once your precooked buns have doubled in volume, brush them with a beaten egg mixture to which you will have added a pinch of salt
Generously spread sesame seeds over our buns and cook them for about 12-15 minutes with convection on, with your oven grid in the middle. Allow them to cool on a cooling grid.
