Preheat your oven at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) with convection on
Now that your pizza dough has risen, gently flour your work surface and place it on it
Using your hands, gently press it to release all the formed gases
With your pastry roll, start rolling your dough to give it a circular shape, that is as close to the oven plate's dimensions as possible
In your oven plate, gently pour a bit of cooking oil and using a tissue, spread the oil all over the plate, without forgetting the inner sides
Place the dough in the oven plate and gently stretch it to the sides so that it covers all the surface
Using a fork, pick your dough all over the surface so that pizza doesn't rise
Pour your tomato paste and spread it all over the pizza
Add your ham slices so they cover the whole surface as well
If you chose to add sliced mushrooms, spread them all over the surface followed by the olives
Finally, mix the cheese together in a separate bowl and start spreading them all over the surface
Place your pizza in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, making sure that the bottom has changed color and is well cooked, and the cheese has completely melted
Place it out of the oven, cut it in slices and serve!
