Cut the chicken into strips or cubes
500 grams Chicken breast
In a pan, melt the butter and cook the chicken for about 10 mins
1 tbsp Butter
Remove the chicken from the pan then add the almond, cook the almond for about 2 mins
2 tbsp Almond
In the same pan, add the cream, honey, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and pepper and mix well for a couple of minutes
2 tbsp Honey, ½ cup Sour Cream, 3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tsp Soy sauce, ¼ tsp Pepper
Finally, add the chicken and mix everything together for a couple of minutes.
You're done! You can now serve it with any side dish of your choice.
