- 6 Tomatoes juicy
- 1 Jalapeño
- 2 Onions sliced
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic sliced
- 2 tbsp Parsley hashed
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Lemon
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Paprika
Put 4 tomatoes and 1 Jalapeño in a pan, add 1 tbsp of olive oil and roast them
Remove the roasted tomatoes and jalapeno from the pan, add the onion and garlic in the same pan and cook them for about 2 mins
In a blender, add the roasted tomatoes, the roasted Jalapeño, the cooked onion and garlic, salt, honey, the lemon juice, the paprika and blend everything together
Slice the other 2 tomatoes into small cubes
Slice the remaining onion into small cubes
In a bowl, add your blended mixture, the tomatoes, the onion and the parsley then mix everything together

- To enjoy your sauce, put it in the fridge for about 2 hours minimum before serving
- If you don't like the hot nachos sauce dont use the jalapeño
- If you like hot nachos sauce you can be generous with jalapeño (roasted or raw)
